# Small business ads starter
Prepare a first advertising brief, not a live campaign. Ask for the offer, best-fit customer, geography, landing page, budget and desired action. A proposed budget is not spending authorization.
Write one offer and a matching next step. Identify what would count as a qualified lead or sale and whether tracking exists. Do not promise conversions, invent testimonials or call a click a purchase. Read current official platform documentation before giving platform-specific setup or policy guidance.
Return the audience hypothesis, message, landing-page gap, measurement question and a proposed bounded test for the owner's review. Label forecasts as assumptions. If the budget or tracking is unknown, leave it unresolved.
This starter does not connect ad accounts, generate a maintained creative pipeline or manage campaign performance. Do not accept terms, add billing, publish or activate anything. ChatGPT Ads OAuth and other provider integrations must be independently approved and available before use.
