- How much does it cost?
- Your own app comes with Online ordering at no extra price: $149 a month per location, with the Website plan it runs on ($25 a month). Apple charges its own yearly developer fee, paid to Apple. Every part of MDML is in Everything for $249 a month per location ($49 your first month).
- Whose name is on it?
- Yours. The name, colour and icon come from your brand, and you choose whether the App Store lists your own name or your business's name. Your business's name needs a free D-U-N-S number from Apple first.
- Do you need my Apple password?
- No, we never ask for it. You do the few sign-ups only you can do, each on Apple's own page, and we build the app, test it on a real iPhone and send it to Apple for review.
- What can guests do in the app?
- Order from your menu, earn and spend rewards points, and get push notifications. In the AI Help tab, a live voice call fills the cart, and guests tap checkout themselves.
- Is the menu separate from my website?
- No. The app uses the same menu and prices guests already see when they order on your website.
