- Do you only ask the happy customers?
- No. Everyone who opted in to your texts or emails gets the same request and the same Google link. Nothing reads a rating first, and no one is sent somewhere else instead.
- When is the request sent?
- By text if they opted in to texts, otherwise by email, two hours after the order is picked up unless you change the wait, and never more than three days after. For trades, after every finished job.
- Who writes the replies?
- You get a suggested reply for every Google review, whatever the rating. Nothing is posted until you approve the exact words.
- Do I need to connect Google?
- Yes. You sign in with the Google account that manages your listing. Listings, review replies, SEO pages and the search report are opening to a few businesses at a time, as Google approves our access.
