- How much does it cost?
- Marketing is $79 a month per location, with 300 AI credits · 2,000 emails · 100 texts each month. Every part of MDML is in Everything for $249 a month per location ($49 your first month).
- What if I send more than that?
- After that: 2¢ a credit · $2 per 1,000 emails · 4¢ a text. You set a cap. Everything includes 1,000 AI credits · 5,000 emails · 300 texts.
- What goes out on its own?
- A welcome after someone's first order, a note about 30 days after their last visit, a birthday message on the day, and a review request a few hours after a pickup. You switch each one on, and can change its words.
- Can I send my own campaign?
- Yes. Write an email or a text, and pick who gets it and when: everyone, people new in the last 30 days, or people who haven't been in for 30 days or more. Nothing sends until the owner approves it.
- Who gets the messages?
- People who can be messaged, including a customer list you bring from a file, where only people who said yes are added. Opt-outs are honored, texts wait out quiet hours, and every text starts with your business's name.
