Restaurant procurement: supplier cart filling
Turn a MDML order plan into supported supplier carts in MDML Connect. Review first-time product matches, quantities and any items the plan held back.
What you can do
Plan before shopping
The plan uses the business’s inventory and supplier rules.
Verify what was added
The runner reads the cart and checks the planned quantities.
Explain what needs you
Missing counts, product choices, sign-ins and store blocks remain visible.
Try the workflow with your own agent
A shortage worksheet for one count sheet, with units and the questions to resolve before ordering. Use the free instructions with your own records, then decide whether you need a connected product.
Access and setup
Filling carts needs a paid MDML plan with the Inventory module, for restaurants and shops with a par sheet. MDML Connect itself is free to install. Cart mode stops before ordering. Optional automatic placing requires separate owner setup, limits and practice runs. Ask which stores and workflows your account supports. Chrome must be open.
Confirm the available workflow and its plan or add-on requirements for your business before setup. See the current plans or ask the MDML team.
